GREY + WHITE + CSF

This segmentation serves for the classification of the pixels in a T1-weighted brain MRI into Grey Matter, White Matter and CSF. The methodology is an implementation of the segmentation in SPM5, with parameter Sampling distance in mm and the Probability level for the map discretization.
