Myocardium Outlining by Volumes-of-Interest (VOIs)

After the images have been brought into standard short axis orientation the next task is the definition of the myocardium model by VOIs. Again, there is an automatic procedure. However, the contours found by the procedure might sometimes require adjustments or even fully manual outlining.
